How much does digital loyalty card software cost?
Cartia offers three plans:
- Free€0. Up to 50 customers, no credit card.
- Pro€29.90 per month, tax included. 14-day free trial (credit card required to activate).
- Business€59.90 per month, tax included. 3 locations included. 14-day free trial (credit card required to activate).
On Business, each location beyond the 3 included costs €10 per month, tax included, with no limit on the number of locations.
No credit card is needed to start on the Free plan. On Pro and Business, billing starts at the end of the trial if you stay.

What comes next? Move up to Pro or Business in 1 click from your account: you keep all of your data and don’t have to start over.
What happens when I reach 50 customers on the Free plan?
You get an email at 40 customers, then at 45. Once you reach 50 customers, new sign-ups stop as long as you stay on the Free plan.
Your 50 customers keep their card and keep collecting their stamps or points. Upgrade to Pro from your account to reopen sign-ups: there is nothing to recreate.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes. The prices shown are what you pay: no VAT is charged (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), so no tax is added at checkout. Pro costs €29.90 per month, tax included, Business €59.90 per month, tax included.
Watch out when comparing: several tools show prices before tax, and 20% VAT is added on top.
How much does yearly billing cost?
Yearly billing: −20%. Pro €287.04 per year, tax included (equivalent to €23.92 per month); Business €575.04 per year, tax included, for 3 locations (equivalent to €47.92 per month). The yearly total is paid at once; the monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge.
Can I manage several locations with Cartia?

No. Your phone is the scanner and you print the QR code from your account. Your customers install nothing: the card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How does payment work?
By credit card, through Stripe. On Pro and Business, the card is requested when the 14-day trial starts, and the first charge happens at the end of the trial, only if you continue. The subscription then renews every month, or every year if you chose yearly billing.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, from your dashboard, for 12 months at most. During the pause nothing is charged, and your data and your customers’ cards are kept. The time you already paid for is credited back when you resume, by pushing back the next payment date.
Can I get my customer list back if I stop using Cartia?
Your data is 100% yours! At Cartia, we’re against lock-in. The database built through your digital loyalty card is your exclusive property. From the Pro plan, you can generate a CSV export of your whole customer file in one click from your dashboard, whenever you like. If you stop, you leave with all of your contacts.
