Cartia vs Passcard
Passcard offers a Wallet card: 30 free customers, then unlimited customers from Essentiel at €35/month excl. VAT. The plans differ by the campaigns and features included.
Comparisons
Each page compares Cartia with one solution, point by point: listed price, first-year cost, setup fees, free plan, app customers must install, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, commitment.
This list is not a ranking. We don’t write “the best software”: depending on whether you have one shop or three, whether you follow up with customers by message or not, and whether you accept a customer app or not, the right answer changes - and it is not always us. Each comparison also says where Cartia loses.
These comparisons cover providers serving the French market. Their offers and prices are those published on their French-market websites, in euros, and Cartia’s prices are shown in euros too so that the amounts can be compared like for like. Offers and availability may differ outside France.

Before you compare
A comparison tells tools apart, not businesses. These pages go through what to count and when to scan, business type by business type:
Before you compare
Several providers show an annual price that is much lower than their monthly one. Comparing one provider’s monthly price with another’s annual price skews everything. Annual payment: −20%. Pro €287.04/year tax included (equivalent to €23.92/month tax included); Business €575.04/year tax included for 3 locations (equivalent to €47.92/month tax included). The annual total is paid in one go; the monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge.
Cartia’s prices are tax included. That is not the case everywhere, and the difference is 20% - the French VAT rate. If you can recover VAT, your real cost is the price excluding VAT - always compare two amounts of the same kind.
Setup fees, overage charges beyond a customer quota, message credits to top up, per-point-of-sale subscriptions. The entry price doesn’t always tell you what the first year costs.
Pro covers one shop. Business covers two or three shops for €59.90/month tax included, then €10/month tax included per additional location. For three shops on monthly payment, Loyeo Pro is €58.80/month incl. VAT, Passcard Réseau is €94.80/month incl. VAT and Zerosix is €176.40/month incl. VAT, excluding setup fees and consumables. The features and channels included differ: compare your own use case too.
